Theatre Rooms that boast 130 inch projection screens and state of the art Theatre Sound systems that rival the Odeon Theatres on Yonge Street.

The mix of suites is the key to a vibrant and stable population within a complex. With the majority of suites being the starterbachelor suites, one bedroom plus den, those residents who like the building will often move within the same community to a larger suite. (Given that these larger suites are only 20% and often sell out first, you need to look elsewhere) More often than not, they need to find themselves a detached housea semi, to finally have all the space they need for bicycles and Christmas trees stored in their garage.
