Now - Your Lifestyle needs a yard
When we bought our condo, we agreed that we wouldn't move for a very long time. We shopped wisely, sought the counsel of professions, peers and parents, then finally made the move into that fabulous condo complex that advertised all the features that we wanted. Now we have a stroller, a crib in the den and baby bottles covering the fabulous granite countertops. I have heard this lament many times over the years. Buyers are attuned to the features and amenities that attract them dependant upon where they are in their lives. The Condo developers are skilled at marketing the sizzle for life style amenities; twin tower condominiums that have an expansive recreational facility with pool and hot tub, weight and exercise equipment that saves you from going to the gym. Theatre Rooms that boast 130 inch projection screens and state of the art Theatre Sound systems that rival the Odeon Theatres on Yonge Street. The mix of suites is the key to a vibrant and stable population within a complex. With the majority of suites being the starterbachelor suites, one bedroom plus den, those residents who like the building will often move within the same community to a larger suite. (Given that these larger suites are only 20% and often sell out first, you need to look elsewhere) More often than not, they need to find themselves a detached housea semi, to finally have all the space they need for bicycles and Christmas trees stored in their garage. The Home Fix it Person in your family will have (or need) all the tools to decorate and trim your second home purchase. Shopping trips are now filled with an extra trip to Home Depot for project supplies after touring a few model homes. Let me help you with your next project. Contact me to discuss your next move.
